Why is goat milk
soap better?
For years people have been using milk as a cleansing
agent. Now scientists know that goat milk soap has a pH
level that is closer to the skin's own pH levels than
soaps made without it. Unlike cow's milk, goat's milk is
naturally homogenized. The milk and cream do not separate,
giving the full moisturizing effect of everything nature
puts into the milk. Therefore, goat milk soap is
extraordinarily gentle and tender even to the driest of
skin. It has recently been discovered that alpha-hydroxy
acids found in milk have rejuvenating and softening
properties. And, unlike most manufactured soaps, our
handcrafted, cold-processed soap retains all of the
moisturizing glycerin formed in the soapmaking process. We
use 100% Fresh Goat Milk to make each bar of soap.
